This wine is an intense peony pink color. Its bouquet is very aromatic, exhaling scents of small red fruits such as raspberries or black currants. In the mouth, there is a perfect balance between vivacity and mellowness. The final taste is very long, leaving a delicate impression of fruitiness.

From the Nîmes region at the foot of the Rhône appellation, Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault are grown on the unique rolling pebbles, or 'gress' of Château Guiot. The colour is obtained by keeping the skins in contact with the juice before fermentation. Perfume, red berries, spice, summer berries and blossom aromas with an off-dry, medium weight of fruit, clean and mineral acidity and a vibrant sweet redcurrant finish. Dusty mineral tones and fresh raspberries perfume this frisky dry rosé. It's moderately full bodied and crisply balanced by tart hits of sour cherry, watermelon and raspberry.

Francois Moutard has the abilityto gracefully balance a respectfor tradition and an appreciationfor innovation. Centuries of experience producing wine in Burgundy, with his own beautifully tended vineyards, access to great fruit and a hands off approach to winemaking that stems from the notion that the best wines are produced in the vineyard, made Moutard-Diligent the perfect partners for our innovative new French canister series. This new packaging represents a balance between form and function. It is an Ecofriendly container that is also elegant, eye-catching, and memorable. It has all of the convenience of the traditional 3L bag-in-box, with none of the stigma. We think we have truly achieved our goal of elevating the old format. Sophistication en masse! You can ask us who Jacques Florent is... but we won’t tell you, he is a man of much mystery. You might spot him at the beach or lounging on a yacht, always with one of these canisters nearby. The artwork was done by Zach Fleming, a local Brooklyn watercolor painter, a chef, and an avid wine lover.

The 2015 rose is a blend of 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah. The wine is made using the direct press method and vinified in stainless steel. The wine displays ripe red raspberry, strawberry flavors in a very fresh and crisp style. This is a dry rose with a juicy, crowd pleasing mid-palate. The finish of the wine is enhanced with hints of wet stone and slight notes of smoky herbs.
