A wine that’s as beautiful as Cape Town itself. 100% handpicked Chenin Blanc grown in South Africa’s famous Swartland region. Made using a blend of grapes that come from a diverse collection of Swartland soils, with each piece of land putting its own mark on the final product. Made for those warm sunny days that don’t seem to end.

A rhone style blend crafted from vineyards dotted throughout South Africa’s Coastal Region & made with little intervention in the cellar to give you that, “I just put a piece of South Africa on my table tonight,” kind of feeling.

A modern style emphasizing the softer Pinot Noir-like Characteristic of Pinotage. The wine is ruby-garnet red with a hint of purple. Our Pinotage shows pleasing aromas of mocha and roasted coffee beans, followed by juicy flavors of red berries, nutmeg, and vanilla spice on the palate. The sweet fruit flavors of this medium-bodied Pinotage make it an ideal match for spicy food, pizza, smoked pork and flavorful venison dishes delicious just by itself Serve at a cool room temperature.

An elegantly styled Syrah with vibrant and harmoniously layering of blackberry, white pepper and exotic spice flavours. The palate is softly textured and beatifully balanced.

Inspired by the constellation Orion whose brightest star is the red giant called Betelgeuse, one thousand times larger then our sun. It is an Elegant French-style Bordeaux blend, pride of the Stellekaya range.

A crisp, clean, expressive wine with pure fruit flavours for everyday drinking - also pairs well with food. Light yellow/straw in appearance. Vibrant aromas of baked apples and quinces. On the palate, grapefruit and bold citrus flavours are backed by refreshing acidity and minerality. A versatile food wine with poultry, shellfish and vegetable dishes. Also fabulous as an aperitif for a hot summer afternoon. Serve chilled.

Klein Constantia is custodian to South Africa’s most historic vineyards. Located in the Table Mountain Valley, the first vineyards of Constantia were planted in 1685 by the Governor of the Cape, Simon van der Stel, who recognized the uniqueness of location, climate and decomposed granite soils. Klein Constantia’s lusciously sweet wine, Vin de Constance, rose to prominence in the 1800s. It was savored by the likes of Napoleon Bonapart, Queen Victoria and Thomas Jefferson and found its way into the writing of many great 18th and 19th century authors. With the ocean just 10km away, the cool climate and near constant sea breeze create ideal growing conditions for Muscat de Frontignan which is able to fully ripen before raisining begins. The soils are well-draining, fertile decomposed granite with high clay content. They ensure good water retention which is important given the long dry summers of the Cape. Deeply complex and robust, the nose is layered with Seville orange marmalade, honeysuckle and ginger. Unctuously full bodied with intense flavours ranging from dried mango to fresh vanilla and lively citrus zest. These allow for the perfect balance on the palate, showing restrained concentration with a pithy astringency and a mouth-watering finish.

An irresistible juicy, naturally sweet rose, Montino Rose is a pretty cherry pink color, with tempting crushed strawberry and Turkish delight aromas that explode in succulent candied red berry flavors. It offers an abundant bouquet of red berries in a refreshing, sparkling style. Delightfully light, delicate and mouth-wateringly fruity.

Suitable for vegans from a Carbon Neutral and Sustainable winery. Blackberry, fruitcake and candied sweets. A juicy mouth-feel with supple, sweet tannins. The wine is Mevushal and Kosher for Passover.

Established in 1694, Rust En Vrede has been part of a remarkable wine tradition for over 300 years, specializing in red wine. Deep ruby red in the glass, this Merlot is full-bodied with subtle, grippy tannins, well-structured fruit, and savory flavors.

Suitable for vegans from a Carbon Neutral and Sustainable winery. Spicy aromas of liquorice and vanilla overlay rich blackcurrant fruit. Careful oaking provides the necessary structure for the ripe, full, fruit-driven midpalate. Complex and long lasing, this wine has depth and power and will reward further bottle ageing.

Light golden wheat colour. Layered expressions of citrus and tropical fruit with subtle layers of honey and almonds in the background. Balanced and superbly structured, the flavours are complimented by a delicate minerality.

This wine is layered with different flavours. Peppers, asparagus, ripe figs, gooseberries, pears, peaches, flowers and perfume. It is lower in acidity which gives beautiful mouth feel and richness. It will improve with time and become more complex. A real blockbuster Sauvignon Blanc.

This Grenache is grown on a small plot in the Fijndraai hills, a few kilometers from the maritime influence of False Bay. The wine is light, fresh, and approachable. A youthful, deep ruby in color, with good intensity on account of the low production per vine. On the nose there is a distinctive floral fleshy fruit quality intensified by black pepper, spice and a sanguine note. The palate is medium bodied with intense crushed dark fruit, peppery spiciness and an intricate fairy-dust like tannic structure.

This red blend is deep crimson red in appearance with a palate of earthy flavors brought forward by dark fruits(blueberries and black currant) integrating to create a lengthy finish of soft, velvety tannins.

This elegant Chardonnay has a delicate balance of fruit flavors and a light touch of oak. Pale straw in appearance, the wine has pleasing orange marmalade, pineapple, and butterscotch aromas. The palate boasts hints of citrus, lime, and stone fruit flavors. Will pair well with rich and creamy dishes, curry, poultry, and seafood.

The wine has a pale lemon yellow color and a bouquet reminiscent of green figs with hints of gooseberries and hints of green peppers. The wine is dry, full bodied and has a long lingering finish.

It may be a bit unusual for a wine farm to make 3 different bottlings of the same variety, but each of our Single Vineyard Shiraz’s have a unique story to tell. At 33°44’ latitude 18°48’ longitude, trigonometric beacon 194 still rises above the ancient metamorphic shale it sits on – soil that has seen ocean beds and explosive volcanic magma – and soil in which our intense dark berries are grown on today.
