Plantation O.F.T.D (Old Fashioned Traditional Dark) is a high-strength blend of rums from Barbados, Guyana and Jamaica. Rich and warming with notes of spice, coffee, orange and clove, this is excellent in cocktails.

In typical Gosling fashion, we didn’t just dash out a new product. It took several attempts and repeated blending and tastings (tough work, but someone had to do it). We proudly arrived at a muscular, but refined rum that not only won praise from homeward bound visitors, but also from competition judges. Goslings 151 proof Black Seal Rum enjoys great popularity through its inimitable flavour, characteristic taste and unique quality. This lip-tingling spirit makes an ideal complement to any exotic, sun-drenched libation and is excellent in desserts that call for flaming.

Smoother than any other rum of its proof, Cruzan® 151 is aged for a minimum of one year in American oak barrels and is crafted using a meticulous process. Offering a strong, rich and pronounced flavor, this rum is best served with your favorite mixer. Try it mixed with tropical fruit juices like a Cruzan Voodoo Hurricane cocktail by combining one part each Cruzan® 151, Aged Dark and Vanilla Rum along with three parts each orange juice and pineapple juice and a half-part of grenadine. Mix well, pour over crushed ice in a tall glass and garnish with a fruit wedge.

Like the label says this is white overproof rum. Known for its high ester pot still rum, this is the first rum from Hampden to be bottled in Jamaica for the local market. Most of the rum produced at Hampden is sold to blenders in Europe and South Africa where it is blended with other lighter rums and bottled.

Ed Hamilton is a modern pioneer of rum, a man who single handedly discovered and brought countless Caribbean rums to the US market. The molasses used at Demerara Distillers Ltd comes from Guyana and contained 65% dissolved sugar, one of the highest sugar contents of any molasses found in the Caribbean. The high sugar content is attributed to the age of the Guyanese sugar mill. Demerara Distillers Ltd. utilizes a variety of column and pot stills the company acquired through acquisitions over the past 300 years. Among the unique stills are a wooden pot and a wooden column still that distill the heavier rums while copper and stainless column stills are used to make lighter rums.

With bright tropical notes, dark molasses undertones, and a mysterious hint of peat and smoke, Barrell Tale of Two Islands Rum is intense and deeply layered. With separate distillation, aging, and finishing influences from Jamaica, Kentucky and Islay, this is a truly unique and limited Spirit.

Corsair Spiced Rum is a proprietary blend of fall spices including cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and whole vanilla beans. After aging in our small 15 and 30 gallon barrels this rum has a fall forward dry palate great for mixing. After aging we repurpose the barrels to age our Barreled Gin giving it it's signature fall flavor profile.
