Bully Boy Distiller's Amaro is a riff on the classic bitter liqueur. It took us two years and hundreds of batches to arrive at the recipe. We settled on a combination of over twenty six different botanicals, all of which contribute to the patchwork of flavor and aroma. The bitter backbone comes from a combination of hops, including Amarillo, Cascade, Citra, and Galaxy. It's complimented by a pop of grapefruit, and its rounded out by earthy and floral notes, including yarrow, rhubarb root, and fig. There is just enough sweetness to make it all work, and at 58 proof its soft enough to sip neat but robust enough to use in cocktails.

It all begins with organic ingredients—juniper, coriander, eucalyptus, lavender, and lemongrass. We carefully analyzed the molecular composition of each one before using a gin still to vapor-extract the flavor compounds. The Old Fashioned is the easiest drink to make and the hardest drink to make well. With one false step it can easily become too sweet, too dry, too bitter, not bitter enough, or, worst of all, corrupted by fruit and soda water. Like any well made cocktail, the key is balance. Boston Rum grew out of our desire to resurrect the city’s storied history of rum production, which dates back to 1667. Colonial Americans had a healthy appetite for rum, and much of the original spirits was distilled in Boston. Made with blackstrap molasses, our Boston Rum has a bold flavor, which is created using deeper cuts on the still. It’s aged in a blend of used bourbon and red wine barrels, and the final product has a fruity complexity, a subtle vanilla note, and a bit of sweetness.

Our Triple Sec is our take on the classic orange liquor. We use a blend of organic orange and bitter orange peel, and infuse their flavor into the liquor using the same flavoring still we use to create our gin. A crystal-clear, 3-year-old, light-bodied, silky rum that blends well with juices, colas, soda and tonic water, perfect for mixed drinks.

Grain bill is made up of 95% rye malt and 5% two-row malted barley. We re-distill Rye distillate to our Master Distiller’s “to the touch” standards. After making additional narrow heart cuts, the Rye spirit comes off the still at 155 proof. It then goes into a virgin, 53-gallon white American oak barrel that has been toasted and heavily charred until ready, then bottled at 86 proof.

Inspired by the original Hub Punch recipe popular in the late 1800's, Bully Boy Hub Punch, our barrel aged rum infused with fruits and botanicals, revives a historic Boston tradition that was a casualty of Prohibition. Originally concocted at the now defunct Hub Hotel, Bostonians typically enjoyed Hub Punch mixed with soda water, ginger ale, or lemonade. Bully Boy consulted a variety of historical accounts of Hub Punch to craft a spirit that pays homage to the traditional recipe and spirit of the pre-prohibition era Boston. Bully Boy Hub Punch is fruit forward with the botanicals providing tea-like undertones ideal for mixing with both dry and sweet mixing agents

This modern take on a classic nut liqueur has garnered national attention for its rich-yet-soft almond flavor. It begins in a distillation with crushed California almonds and ends resting with whole almonds in toasted American oak barrels. Amandine possesses the essence of almond without being overly sweet. The nose has hints of honey and marzipan, which gives way to ethereal almond and milk chocolate with a velveteen oak and brown butter finish. These flavors blend perfectly with a wide range of whiskeys, rums and even citrus drinks, as well as adding a delicious layer to deserts or espresso.

We used our popular Ethereal gin to create our very first Barrel-Aged Ethereal expression. Aged for 18 months in used bourbon barrels. A beautifully aged gin, both bold and demure, with strong notes of mellowed brown spice and dried fruit. It is rounded out by vanilla, caramelized wood sugars and a soft palate

We begin with 100% single-origin, Grade A molasses made from fine sugar cane grown in the volcanic soils of a single valley in Guatemala. Our sugar producer was founded by a brother and sister team and is a member of Sugar for Good, which ensures a commitment to the environment and pro-cane worker standards. After a long, slow, cool fermentation and double distillation, our white rum rests in stainless steel tanks for 2 months to ripen. We bottle the spirit unfiltered and unsweetened to retain all the flavor and mouthfeel we've created. Tasting notes include pineapple, passionfruit, papaya,vanilla bean, and a hint of earthy tobacco blossom.
