We start with sugar grown and milled from a family owned farm just down the road from our distillery located in Thibodaux, Louisiana. Handcrafted each step of the way – from farm to bottle and cane to cocktail. Our clear rum is not your grandmother's clear rum! We purposely decided to deviate from conventional wisdom and produce a "Rum Moonshine" - hot, bold, massive, with enough punch to sear right through you. And that's what Sugarshine does. However, a funny thing happened on the way to the bar: we discovered that the thick molasses and brown sugar character of Sugarshine is absolutely fantastic in cocktails. After your gin wins two gold medals in craft spirits competitions, what is the next step? For us, it was barrel-aging that same gin in second use American whiskey barrels. After months in the barrel, the gin picks up an attractive amber color and mellowed flavor with whiskey notes added to the gin. Interestingly, Federal law does not allow an ‘age statement’ on gin labels; they’ve begun enforcing this more vigorously recently. Therefore, we call this ‘aged’ version of our Euphrosine Gin #9 our ‘Barrel-Finished Reserve’ and make reference to ‘casking’ it in American oak whiskey barrels on the label.

Our Crystal Rum is the basis of our entire line. It is made from the premium cut of molasses from Delta cane sugar grown locally in southeast Louisiana. The crystal rum will have a molasses forward sweetness with a clean body and grassy notes on the finish. It’s great to mix into punches and traditional island cocktails (caprahina, mojito, daiquiri); the rule is always two ingredients or more when using Crystal (for the clear rum lover: ice and lime).

We start with pure black strap molasses and raw sugar grown and milled from a family owned farm just down the road from our distillery located in the middle of the cane fields in Thibodaux, Louisiana. Our Full Moon Dark Rum is aged on white oak for smoothness and flavor, with no extracts, caramel or artificial ingredients added. The whiskey sipper's rum. Laid back, oaky, and mysterious, our premium dark rum speaks for itself without saying a word.

LA 1 Whiskey is so named because of its status as Louisiana’s first aged whiskey since prohibition. LA 1 contains corn for body, rye for spice, barley for balance, and local rice for sweetness. This 94 proof whiskey is incredibly smooth and hand crafted in small batches.
