Kōloa Coffee Rum is made from the mash of raw Cane Sugar, distilled in an impressive vintage 1210 gallon steam powered copper pot still and cut with filtered water from the ancient Mount Waialeale. We’re obsessed with flavors and revere the coffee bean. Finding the right Swiss water decaffeinated espresso beans to marry with the intense mineral content of our Breckenridge water took a lot more effort than we could have ever imagined.
