The beer itself is light bodied and crisp with a golden color that will throw a slight haze, as we bottle it unfiltered. At 75 IBU's, this is definitely not a training-wheels IPA, but is meant for hop lovers looking to satisfy their craving in a way that's not easy to find.

Chocolate Milk Stout is based on a traditional milk stout recipe designed by our good friend Todd Russell. Beginning with a blend of pale malt, chocolate malt, roasted malt, and lactose (aka milk sugar), we pushed the chocolate flavor to the next level by adding 2.5 pounds of Ecuadorian organic raw cocoa powder per barrel. The cocoa powder we use was sourced by Master Chocolatier Richard Tango-Lowy of Dancing Lion Chocolate in Manchester, NH.

Czech-style black lager: Modernism is inspired by the Czech black lager tradition. It features a deep complexity from the decoction process and a hop schedule typical of Bohemian beers. Notes of dark malts, bittersweet chocolate and caramel dominate. The finish is dry

Konstantin is a rich, light-ruby colored seasonal lager. Double-decocted for complexity. Drier and lighter in color than most German-style Märzens, biscuit and bread-like malt note shine in the flavor and aroma.

A hearty ebony colored ale that starts with a rich malty palate finished with clean hops and notes of coffee and chocolate.

A "small" IPA that's been dry hopped with Mosaic, Columbus, and Simcoe hops.

Very dark (33+ SRM) with a beige head, this milk stout is characterized by the flavors of chocolate, soft coffee roast and marshmallow--all derived from the grain bill, lactose and late addition of whole bean coffee.

Czech out Redhook’s newest brew. Redhook Pilsner is crisp, golden lager that is modeled after those historic beers originally made in Plzeň, Czechoslovakia. Redhook Pilsner’s maltiness is offset by a medium dose of Saaz hops and finishes with a clean, bright, thirst-quenching quality. A great “session” lager for when you’ve got a long day ahead of drinking.

The tradition of porter is long and confusing. Ask five brewers what a porter should be like, and you’re sure to get five different answers. Our Humble Porter was brewed without personal certainty of any kind. Instead, we looked to the past and came up with a beer resembling the porter at it’s height in England’s mid-19th century. Neither boastful nor reluctant, this beer was crafted with honesty, care, and an eye towards history. Drink up!

Traditional German wheat ale that is kettle soured for a tart flavor profile and thirst quenching finish. The addition of raspberries create a subtly sweet flavor in one very refreshing beer.

Our Blueberry Berliner Weisse is fermented with a great blueberry puree. This New England approach brings a refreshing blueberry flavor and aroma to a German classic. Peanut butter and chocolate fans have united and demanded this delicious and, dare we say it, irresistible flavor combo. This stout has rich notes of peanut butter and chocolate, with a mild undertone of toasted coffee.

Smuttynose Pumpkin Ale is our homage to the craft and heritage of America’s brewers. Recipes calling for the use of pumpkins in beer date back to early colonial times, when brewers sought to extend their supply of costly imported malt with locally grown ingredients, such as squash and “pompions.” In that spirit, we brew our ale with the addition of pumpkin to the mash, along with traditional spices to create a delicious American original.
