Our West Coast inspired India Pale Ale is rich in flavor and abundant in citrus, pine, and floral aromatics created through a wonderful infusion of Citra hops. Completely refreshing with a medium mouth-feel, crisp bitterness, and nearly balanced malt. Finishes dry with a head that creates excellent lacing. Beautifully Nebraskan.

Our first beer produced in the Reserve Series, Melange A` Trois begins with a wonderfully big Strong Belgian-Style Blonde Ale and moves into the extraordinary category through an additional 6 month French Oak Chardonnay Wine Barrel maturation. The essence of Chardonnay permeates while a subtle sweetness remains from the Ale itself. Oak tannins combine to create a fascinating mesh of dry, sweet, and wine-like character. One of our favorites!

Lucky Bucket’s Original American IPA begins with a nice malt bill that lets the brew stand up to the mountain of hops added later. After the boil, the hot wort (the beer before it’s really beer) is fired through a hop back, a unique four-barrel stainless steel tank filled with a gratuitous amount of raw flower Amarillo, Centennial, and Cascade hops, extracting the aromatic oils and flavor of the hops. Followed with additional dry hopping in the fermenter, the end result is a big, well-balanced West Coast-style IPA with terrific hop flavor and aroma.

Our American Pale Ale is golden in color, mildly bitter, and characterized by floral/citrus-like aromatics which are the result of an additional dry hopping with a very large amount of Cascade Hops. Crisp, crystal clear, and completely enjoyable. Currently, the top selling beer within our Nebraska brewpub.

A refreshing ale that drinks like a lager, our German-style Kölsch pours straw yellow with hints of honey malt character and a smooth, crisp finish.

A sweet nose greets the adventurous in this marriage of our Black Betty Russian Imperial Stout and American Brandy barrels. An elegantly pleasant surprise wakes the palate which migrates from a hint of brandy into a wonderfully lingering roasted malt character.

Dan The Wiser is a German style ale that has some mild fruit like flavors and aroma. An all-around great beer to be enjoyed just about anywhere, anytime. Dan likes to pour himself one after a dusty ride on his iron steed. Malt: 2-Row, Goldpils

Black as night and every bit Imperial, this RIS was originally launched to tremendous accolades. Aged in Whiskey barrels, this barrel aged version meshes the rich chocolates and the coffee-like aromatics with the sweet whiskey nose and drying character of the oak. Slightly behind on the palate are the hops, held in restraint by the wonderfully full mouth-feel and broad flavors brought on by the perfect blend of so many malted barley varieties. Ready to enjoy now and perfect for extended cellaring.

We thought a nice, rich brew was in order during the colder months. Brewed with English malts and a generous amount of cocoa powder. This beer is warming and full bodied. As the brew warms, the chocolate character and sweetness rolls out of the top of the glass.

Lucky Bucket Brewing will release Certified Evil, its own version of last year’s Collaborative Evil project, this fall. The beer uses a strong Belgian-style golden ale as the base beer as well as locally-grown hops and a proprietary yeast blend. It has been aging in oak for just over one year.

Is our way of the thanking the West Coast for providing us with an incredible IPA. This Brash beer is light in color and packed full of hoppy goodness. With over 22 pounds of American hops, this should please even the craziest hophead.
