A creature of the swamp, Andygator is a unique high gravity brew made with pilsner malt, German lager yeast, and German Perle hops. Unlike other high gravity brews, Andygator is fermented to a dry finish with a slightly sweet flavor and subtle fruit aroma. It is a Helles Doppelbock.

Abita Amber is a Munich style lager brewed with pale & caramel malts and German Perle hops. It has a smooth, malty, slightly caramel flavor and a rich amber color. This was the first beer offered by the brewery and has been voted best beer in numerous New Orleans reader polls and is used frequently in recipes of Louisiana chefs.

Abita Strawberry Lager is brewed with pilsner and wheat malts and Vanguard hops. Real Louisiana strawberry juice is added after filtration resulting in a crisp lager with a sweet strawberry flavor, aroma and haze. It is wonderful with desserts or lighter fare such as salads and pastas. Fresh cheeses such as Burrata, chèvre, Crescenza, mozzarella or Teleme pair well with Strawberry.

Canebrake is crisp and smooth with a beautiful golden honey color. This refreshing American wheat style brew highlights sweet remnants of sugarcane with notes of honey, spice, and citrus on the finish. A new Louisiana tradition, Canebrake was the first commercial beer in the world brewed with locally-made Steen's sugarcane syrup!

Covington Brewhouse’s Anonymous IPA is the first result of a scientist and a rock ‘n roll brewmaster collaborating on the best kept secret in downtown Covington, Louisiana. Once the recipe was formulated, our brewmaster began sneaking it into events. That’s where the name anonymous came from. Questions like “what is this?” and “where can I get this?” were answered by “It’s anonymous”, creating the buzz for our “Anonymous IPA”. The beer is a blend of six different malts, six different hops and a lot of tender love and care from our brewing team. The maltiness and beautiful darker than average color comes from the Munich, Aromatic and Caramel malts with a splash of pale chocolate malt. The amazing hop flavor and aroma created by the six different hops are going to remain anonymous. So far nobody has figured them out. This brave new beer is brewed by and for innovators. Go ahead. This is an Imperial version of our Baltic Oatmeal Milk Porter. This beer is Cold fermented in order to allow the malts to shine. You can expect to taste sweet notes of chocolate and coffee with a slight hint of alcohol on the finish.

This silky smooth coffee stout is created with a carefully selected blend of specialty grade estate beans from Columbia and Java. Our friends and coffee gods at Rêve have finished them to a city/full city roast to highlight the true character of the beans and their origin prior to addition to our export strength milk stout. Enjoy any time of day, this beer will drink like a delicious cold-brewed coffee.

Pontchartrain Pilsner is a combination of Old World German and Czech style pilsner with a local twist. This refreshing local take on the classic styles is perfect to enjoy by itself or paired with fresh seafood dishes. Light in body with the beautiful golden straw color that is a hallmark of the genre, Pontchartrain Pilsner’s thoughtfully crafted blend of German Perle and Czech Saaz hops imbue it with a wonderful mellow herbal hop aroma.

Cocodrie is Cajun French for alligator, and this Belgian style ale is stuffed with enough hops to stand up to a sauce-piquant prepared with one. We recklessly crammed IPA-worthy additions of hops (six separate hop additions, plus dry hopping) into an elegant and tastefully brewed Tripel – the spice and fruit flavors from the yeasts mix with the sumptuous hop flavors to create a rich, yet dangerously drinkable IPA. Our interpretation of the celebrated Tripel IPA style of beer is crafted with a generous amount of Pilsner malt which insures this ale clocks in at just over 8 percent ABV. Our brewmaster, Gar Hatcher selected strains of French and Belgian yeasts for their complementary fruit and spice flavors which meld with the multiple additions of elegant European hops. Cocodrie is then dry-hopped with French and Styrian hops which provides this beer its fruity, citrus, herbal and spicy hop aroma. Available July to December.

Robust Porter brewed with a special blend of New Orleans Coffee Company mocha and French roast coffee. This smooth brew is full of coffee and chocolate flavor.

Using Belgian malts and American hops and yeast, LA-31 Bière Pâle is a distinct new style of beer. Traditionally brewed, we classify it as a Bière Pâle, or Louisiana Pale Ale. It is bronze colored with a biscuity malt center, herbal hop flavors and a gentle, mellow bitterness. This beer is crafted to enhance the unique cuisine and lifestyle of South Louisiana. Our Christmas beer, Awkward Uncle, is available on draft and in bottles at the brewery and SHV / Bossier retail accounts. A NOLA draft launch will take place at Avenue Pub on Monday, 12/22 at 6 PM. It will also be released in Ruston / Monroe markets the week of Christmas. Awkward Uncle is a Belgian Dark Strong Ale brewed with cherries, ginger and cinnamon.
