Abita Purple Haze is a crisp American style wheat beer with fresh raspberries added after fermentation. It is brewed with pilsner and wheat malts and Vanguard hops. The berries add a fruity aroma, tartly sweet taste and haze...you may even see fruit pulp in the beer from the raspberries!

A devilishly delicious juicy/hazy IPA dry-hopped with massive amounts of Citra® and Mosaic®. This brew lends impressions of tropical fruit - papaya, mango, passionfruit and grapefruit. A creature of the swamp, Andygator is a unique high gravity brew made with pilsner malt, German lager yeast, and German Perle hops. Unlike other high gravity brews, Andygator is fermented to a dry finish with a slightly sweet flavor and subtle fruit aroma. It is a Helles Doppelbock.

Abita Amber is a Munich style lager brewed with pale & caramel malts and German Perle hops. It has a smooth, malty, slightly caramel flavor and a rich amber color. This was the first beer offered by the brewery and has been voted best beer in numerous New Orleans reader polls and is used frequently in recipes of Louisiana chefs.

Abita Strawberry Lager is brewed with pilsner and wheat malts and Vanguard hops. Real Louisiana strawberry juice is added after filtration resulting in a crisp lager with a sweet strawberry flavor, aroma and haze. Who Dat Golden Ale is brewed with Pilsner and Flaked Barley and fermented with a hybrid yeast allowing this beer to ferment as an ale and then condition as a lager to create a crisp and refreshing beer. We added Citra and Hallertau Blanc in the kettle to give a punch of fragrant lemongrass, green grape and grapefruit!

Brewing and tweaking five gallon test batches on the antiquated propane rig our brewery uses for weekend crawfish boils for inspiration, our brewmaster Gar Hatcher has crafted a biere to complement the spicy epitome of Cajun cuisine. Saison D’Écrevisses (Crawfish Season) is a Belgian-style Saison spiked with a generous amount of rye malt and then fermented with a distinctive Belgian yeast that gives this beer its dry and peppery finish. Finished with imported French Aramis hops, Saison D’Écrevisses has 24 IBUs and is 6% ABV. Our Saison D’Écrevisses is available in 22 oz. Belgian-style bottles and on draft only during Louisiana’s traditional crawfish season (January to June).

“7th Street Wheat” started out as our Summer seasonal, but due to its popularity has made its own place in our year round ales. Named in honor of the 7th Street wharf across the street from the brewery, this filtered wheat ale is light-bodied American style with pounds of fresh lemon basil added after fermentation. The light citrus taste with a hint of spicy herb on the back goes well with almost any seafood dish, and from what we hear, is a favorite at bars as a stand alone refreshing beer.

Rebirth Pale Ale debuted on draft in April, paying tribute to the Grammy Award-winning Rebirth Brass Band and raising money for The Roots of Music, a nonprofit music-education program co-founded by Rebirth drummer Derrick Tabb.
