Abita Purple Haze is a crisp American style wheat beer with fresh raspberries added after fermentation. It is brewed with pilsner and wheat malts and Vanguard hops. The berries add a fruity aroma, tartly sweet taste and haze...you may even see fruit pulp in the beer from the raspberries!

A devilishly delicious juicy/hazy IPA dry-hopped with massive amounts of Citra® and Mosaic®. This brew lends impressions of tropical fruit - papaya, mango, passionfruit and grapefruit. Jucifer is fermented with our house hazy yeast and finishes with a soft mouthfeel that will keep you wanting more. All Hail Jucifer!

Welcome to the future. Our collective human consciousness, or Ghost in the Machine, has gained a tolerance for hops beyond what mankind has ever known before. This double India Pale Ale is the necessary outcome.

A creature of the swamp, Andygator is a unique high gravity brew made with pilsner malt, German lager yeast, and German Perle hops. Unlike other high gravity brews, Andygator is fermented to a dry finish with a slightly sweet flavor and subtle fruit aroma. It is a Helles Doppelbock.

Abita Amber is a Munich style lager brewed with pale & caramel malts and German Perle hops. It has a smooth, malty, slightly caramel flavor and a rich amber color. This was the first beer offered by the brewery and has been voted best beer in numerous New Orleans reader polls and is used frequently in recipes of Louisiana chefs.

Abita Strawberry Lager is brewed with pilsner and wheat malts and Vanguard hops. Real Louisiana strawberry juice is added after filtration resulting in a crisp lager with a sweet strawberry flavor, aroma and haze. It is wonderful with desserts or lighter fare such as salads and pastas. Fresh cheeses such as Burrata, chèvre, Crescenza, mozzarella or Teleme pair well with Strawberry.

Canebrake is crisp and smooth with a beautiful golden honey color. This refreshing American wheat style brew highlights sweet remnants of sugarcane with notes of honey, spice, and citrus on the finish. A new Louisiana tradition, Canebrake was the first commercial beer in the world brewed with locally-made Steen's sugarcane syrup!

NOLA Blonde Ale was the very first ale created by the NOLA Brewing team. Originally released in March 2009 this is our most popular and widely distributed beer. NOLA Blonde is a medium-bodied traditional American blonde ale, golden in color with floral and citrus hop aromas.

Don’t get us wrong: we wouldn’t give up our New Orleans home for the world—but sometimes it’s nice to daydream of trees, streams, and rocks. We brewed Coop’d Up for all you souls caught between the thrill of the town and the lure of the country. A tribute to the city chicken farmer, the home pickler, and the window-box gardener, this bright saison longs for greener grass underfoot and a field of stars overhead. Coop’d Up pairs well with robust cuisine, dirt under your fingernails, and fresh air. So open up the windows, take off your shoes, and grab your favorite glass.

A kettle-soured IPA brewed with Hibiscus flowers and dry-hopped with Mosaic and El Dorado.

Radical is a juicy/hazy Rye India Pale Ale with a bodacious dose of Citra® hops. A touch of rye in the grain bill adds a hearty dimension which we think makes it pretty rad. Fermented with our house hazy yeast this IPA hits 6.6% alcohol by volume and is dry-hopped for a big citrusy note.

Unfiltered, 120 IBU, Cascade, Simcoe and El Dorado Hops, Pilsner and proceeds of this beer go towards the non-profit, Pints for Prostates.

In the classic tradition of Farmhouse Ales we brew our Saison during the winter months and serve it in the summer and infused it with a dose of American Rock N Roll! Our Saison has a lower ABV than the modern version and closer to the original style so it’s easy drinking to beat the summer heat. Rich and malty like the great German dunkels that inspired it, Dixie Blackened Voodoo Lager balances premium roasted barley malts with Mt. Hood and Cascade hops. The result is a dark, mysterious brew known for its bewitching character and magical spirit. ABV: 5.5%

Hopitoulas was the third addition to our year-round beer portfolio. This 6.5%ABV ale is a West Coast style India Pale Ale that combines six malts and six hops with additional dry hopping for three weeks. It takes about a month and a half to make each batch and we think it is worth the wait. Hints of pine and citrus with a powerful, yet balanced hoppy flavor, Hopitoulas packs a punch that you won’t forget. Available on draft and in 16 ounce cans.

Abita Strawgator™ is the fusion of Strawberry Lager sweetness with the bite of Andygator. This golden lager is made with malted barley and wheat. It is hopped with German Perle hops for a delicate hop flavor. After filtration, generous amounts of fresh Louisiana strawberry juice is added, giving the beer a pleasant sweet taste and aroma, as well as a rich golden color and slight cloudiness.

Abita Hop-On is a full-bodied “juicy pale,” packed with Cascade, Citra and Ekuanot hops to deliver refreshing tropical and citrus notes. It pours a vibrant light gold while the unique brewing process produces a distinctive haze. It’s also super food-friendly, great with seafood ceviche, fresh fruit or a nice aged cheddar.
