The Cracker Cowboys of Florida were colonial-era settlers, often of Scots-Irish descent, who arrived in Florida when Spain traded their territory of La Florida to the English. The term Cracker in Florida usage relates to the whip these “cow hunters” used to herd cattle in Florida’s Palmetto Prairies. Called Quáqueros by the Spanish, these hardy and hard working Cracker Cowboys helped to shape the history of Florida, the nation’s oldest cattle raising state. We brew Florida Cracker White ale with unmalted wheat, orange peel and coriander and then ferment it with a French Saison yeast strain to give it a spicy and dry finish. Perfect for a warm day on the Palmetto Prairie.

On a quest to brew a witbier chock full of flavor, Namaste White dug deep into our culinary roots using ingredients of dried organic orange slices, fresh-cut lemongrass, peppercorns and a bit of coriander for a refreshing and sessionable experience. With notes of clove and subtle coriander, you'll find flavors of citrus and sweet malt, with a slightly spicy finish for a zesty mouthfeel. Originally brewed in tribute to our friends at 3 Fonteinen Brewery in Belgium after a devastating setback to their business in 2009, Namaste White is a witbier bursting with good karma.

Since 1995, this Belgian-style Wheat Ale has been crafted with Valencia orange peel and garnished with an orange slice. This brings out an extraordinary citrus aroma and taste.

We have a prescription for all of these Gold Coast Problems. Our Wit is spiced with coriander and citrus zest. Fruity and refreshing, this beer surely won't be an inconvenience to your taste buds. But like my old man said, "whatever floats your yacht."

Blanche Des Moines is brewed on 60% pilsener malt and 40% unmalted wheat. In spite of a close affinity to the Flemish witbiers this is somewhat different. It is brewed with a higher proportion of unmalted wheat which adds even more of the special, wheaty notes that are so characteristic for the style. Naturally the beer has been added coriander and dried orange peel. Furthermore an extract of licorice root has been added. Primary fermentation is with a classical Witbier yeast and the beer is bottle fermented.

From the Guinness Open Gate Brewery in Baltimore, MD. Inspired by the Belgian brewing tradition, this aromatic ale - made with malted and unmalted wheat - actually showcases our Guinness yeast from Dublin.  Guinness yeast is so versatile that it can produce wonderful fruity, peppery aromas which are accentuated by using grains of paradise, lemon peel and sweet and bitter orange peels in the whirlpool. This beer is perfect for summer sipping, with a crisp, refreshing-tasting finish and surprisingly low bitterness.

The complex, spicy flavors of the traditional Belgian yeast are offset by the delicious strawberry flavor. It is brewed with 160 lbs of strawberry puree per batch.

It’s a hazy, wit-style ale inspired by the classic Zombie cocktail with tropical hints of pineapple, pink guava, coriander and mint.
