SORRY UMAMI IPA is a beer that our brewers wanted to drink and not you, sorry! The "umami" is extracted from Katsuobushi (bonito flakes) and while it facilitates beer fermentation, it also adds beer refreshing and fruity tropical flavors. Just in case you’re wondering, this beer doesn't taste like fish!

What was once a witbier, has been re-imagined as a Belgian style white IPA. We’ve left behind the traditional spices, and in their place, created a stunning vision of Simcoe, Citra, El Dorado and Centennial hops. The result is an unfiltered, straw colored brew with bright notes of citrus and pine that help get your head out of the clouds and into the light

One of the new trails being blazed on the frontier of beer is the style known as White India Pale Ales. Galaxy White IPA represents a significant new landmark on that trail. With its use of fresh kumquats, Indian coriander, and black peppercorns, Galaxy pays homage to the early explorers, who sailed unknown seas in search of rare spices and exotic fruits. Captain Cook travelled from Australia to Alaska, and so have the Galaxy hops used to create this adventurous brew. Just as a true explorer never stands still, the presence of brettanomyces guarantees that Galaxy White IPA will keep evolving in the bottle for years to come.

Just in time for the Holiday Season, we are excited to change things up with a Belgian style white IPA. Focused on delivering complexity with a blend of Belgian Yeast strains and traditional West Coast hopping. This will be the closest thing we Californians get to a white winter.

Moon Rambler IPA touches down with a big dose of Azacca, Mosaic and Cascade hops that provide a blast of tropical fruitiness, assisted by a classic foundation of wheat and oats. Milk sugar is added to create a sweet yet slight creaminess; giving it a round mouth feel, remarkably less bitter taste and fuller body than your typical IPA. Ramble on.

Galactic Haze is our White IPA that combines the body of a witbier with an intense fruit forward hop aroma. A significant portion of our grain bill includes malted wheat to produce a medium body while finishing with a low bitterness on the palate. The combination of Mosaic, Ekuaknot, and Ariana hops produce a supernova of tropical fruit and berry aromas and flavors, with undertones of vanilla and pine. Galactic Haze is fermented with a Belgian yeast strain at warm temperatures to encourage ester production and their complementary juicy fruit character.

A hybrid of a White Ale and West Coast IPA and super-sized for your drinking pleasure. This Double IPA is brewed with Wheat to give it a pale white color and a slight sweetness in the finish. At its core this is a hop forward beer, bitter and heavily dry-hopped with a combination of Centennial, Cascade, and Simcoe hops. This blend of hops imparts notes of Spice, Citrus, and Pine in the aroma. A deceivingly drinkable beer despite its high alcohol content.

The Two Roads interpretation of this emerging beer style naturally takes a road less traveled. Unlike other versions, ours employs an American ale yeast and no spices. The result is a soft wheat backdrop that accentuates the Pacific Northwest hop character.

A robust India Pale Ale. Radiates with a generous amount of hops yielding a floral aroma delicately spiced with domestic magnum and hallertauer, balanced by the slightly sweet munich and caramel malts.

A bold West Coast IPA brewed with a combination of classic American hops. Color is pale copper to golden at the edges with a thick, white, lingering head. Strong citrus and piney aroma, slightly resinous. Pronounced bitterness with a dry finish. Our first named beer. Chris was asked by his son Zack “Dad you like beer a lot don’t you?” to which he replied “Yes son I do”. The 5-year old Zack responded “But not as much as Uncle Mike, he likes it for like 100 days straight”

Originally a collaboration brew we did with Green Room Brewing in JAx Beach, this wheat IPA became part of the line-up due to popular demand. Intensely hoppy, but the wheat base creates a sweet, smooth balance making this an easy-drinking IPA.

Saranac White IPA is a tasty innovative twist on a traditional IPA. We've taken a delicious American IPA bursting with Citra hops, and given it a whole new direction by adding the refreshing fruitiness of orange peel & coriander and the softening characters of wheat malt and oats. You'll notice the complex hop flavor you've come to expect in an IPA, balanced with the extraordinary bright flavor of a wheat beer. Cheers to twisting tradition!
