Made in Brussels, Belgium, Lindemans Brewery produces some of the world's best lambic beers. Lambic beers are made by using the wild fermentation of natural yeasts found in the area. This raspberry framboise is a young lambic fruit beer enriched with pure raspberry juice. Somewhere between sparkling wine and beer, Lindemans Framboise Lambic has a powerful raspberry aroma with a slight hint of caramel. It has a somewhat bitter finish that's characteristic of lambic beers. We recommend serving this versatile brew as an aperitif, and if you feel like experiementing try using it for cooking.

Everyone knows some of our best friends are wine growers from the Libourne region in France, more specifically those who make Saint Emillion and Pomerol. They respect the tradition and let their wine ferment in a natural way. Fermentation, origin and vintage are still kept up. Our collaboration resulted in a product uniting the best of their wine and of our beer : the Saint-Lamvinus. The grapes, of the merlot and cabernet-franc varieties, are soaked in Bordeaux barrels containing two to three years old lambic. The beer is not blended before the bottling. The foam is caused by the addition of a liquor which starts the fermentation.

This exceptional Gueuze is touched by mature red wine on bottles of 37,5 cl and is available in limited quantities. Serve at 8-12 ° C Ingredients: water, barley malt, wheat, hops 6.5% ABV Color: amber gold Aroma: a deep explosion of vinous character with a typical odor of wild yeasts Taste: the pleasant bitterness of pink pampiemousse Combined with a taste of red wine refined in oak casks results in a sour character but well rounded.

When we add juicy, heirloom peaches to our year-old Lambic, magic happens— they unite, gushing with bright acidity, nutty undertones and a tangy finish. It does take eight more months of aging, but it’s well worth the wait.

Brouwerij-Drie-Fonteinen-Oude-Geuze
Drie Fonteinen is the only remaining traditional geuze blender in Belgium, using only 100% spontaneously fermented lambic beer, aged in oak casks, with no artificial sweeteners or other additives. The blendery is connected to the very popular Drie Fonteinen Restaurant in Beersel, on the outskirts of Brussels. The proprietor, Armand Debelder, buys pure lambic from three breweries in Belgium, ages them in oak, and blends them, employing the skill, knowledge, and supreme passion for real geuze that his father handed down to him. Like any traditional geuze, Drie Fonteinen’s Oude Geuze is tart, earthy, and incredibly complex, but also spritzy as champagne and greatly refreshing.
