Steele is very happy to present the 2014 Rosé of Cabernet Franc for your enjoyment. With colors of a warm sunset, an aroma redolent of freshly picked strawberries and a hint of ocean breeze, this lively glass of vino is a hard one to put down. Produced with the Saingnee method, the juice for this wine is cold-soaked on the skins until the desired color is reached. We then siphon the goods off of the main tank and innoculate for fermentation. Jed Has made Rosé from many different varietals over the years, but he has found that (and we agree) Cab Franc truly is an outstanding grape to craft a quality Rosé.
