All of the grapes used to make this in-house wine are harvested within the Muscadet zone. Part of the blend is derived from a skin maceration undertaken at a controlled temperature (16/18°C). And maturing on fine lees (monthly stirring) provides fat and volume. This wine is aged in underground vats, ensuring a stable temperature all year round. The wine is matured for 6 months.
Lovely aromas of apricot and peach with a hint of linden. Crisp and refreshing with good acidity. Ideal accompaniment to all seafood, cheese, and fried fish.
