Rancho Zabaco was one of the original Mexican land grands in Northern Sonoma, speaking not only to California's winemaking hertiage but California's as well. Made mostly from fruit from Sonoma's Dry Creek Valley, this is a ruby red Zin with lots of black fruit and spice, with fine tannins and mouthcoating texture. This is barbecue wine, through and through.
