Cuvée Louise is the Premium Cuvée from Champagne Pommery, a vintage champagne elaborated from the best grapes of given year. Blend of 60% of Chardonnay and 40% of Pinot Noir, from only 3 Grands Crus of Champagne: Ay, Avize and Cramant. This exceptional champagne has aged in bottle for a minimum of 12 years in our chalk cellars and then an additional 6 months after disgorging. It is characterized by its purity and finesse.
On the eye: Nice golden color, where the yellow has some subtle green reflects
On the nose: Rich, generous and silky, delicate notes of biscuits and dried pears, result of the long aging time of the wine in contact with yeasts.
On the palate: Extension of the nose, enhancing olfactory sensations and minerality in perfect harmony. Toast and almond flavors with a lightly floral overtone.
