Giulio-Ferrari-Riserva-del-Fondatore
100% Chardonnay. An elegant and balanced palate is offered, with a velvety, rich body; flavors of vanilla, acacia blossoms, honey and dry hay are combined with flowery scents; all ensuring that the wine has a noble and lingering finish. Mastering the art of Italian living is not difficult. Simply pop open a bottle of Ferrari, Italy’s most iconic sparkling wine, and you will find luxury, glamour, and undeniable quality in every sip. Giulio Ferrari, a Trentino native, started his venerable sparkling wine house in 1902, after studying winemaking in France. Convinced that his native region’s terroir was ideal for growing Chardonnay, he produced three of his now best-known cuvées – Ferrari Brut, Perlé and Giulio Ferrari – as blanc de blancs. This innovative approach quickly paid off. Ferrari wines consistently receive some of Italy’s top accolades, including being awarded Tre Bicchieri 22 years in a row, and being recognized as Wine Producer of the Year 2018 by the esteemed Gambero Rosso organization. 92pts Wine Spectator 10/17 2005V 92pts Wine & Spirits 10/18 2006V

Rotari-Rose
This elegant rosé is made with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, two international grape varietals that have well adapted to the Trentino territory, in the heart of Dolomites. Thanks to the great variability of microclimates and micro-territories, in Trentino Pinot Noir can express its great aromatic richness and its elegant structure even on very poor soils located between 400 and 550 meters above sea level. In these micro-territories the excellent sun exposure ensures perfect maturation and sugar accumulation of red fruit aromas. A the same time the strong temperature preserves the acidity of the skin and a robust structure that does not release polyphenolic material during operation – ultimately benefitting the softness and elegant taste. We preserve the intense flavors and delicate aromas with their persuasive perfumes, while the fruit itself imparts a softer gentle body to the overall structure of the cuvee. Rotari Rose is a vibrant expression of fresh, fragrant fruits, with zesty acidity and minerality. Elegant and fresh fruit notes with a hint of leaven. Fine and persistent flavor; pleasing effervescence. Lovely as an aperitif, or paired with appetizers, risottos, pastas or light meat dishes. Enjoy!

Rotari-Brut
Rotari Brut Metodo Classico is an iconic expression of viticulture from the hills and terraces which lie along the swift flowing Adige River, in the heart of the Dolomites Mountains. Produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes that are selected and harvested by hand and originate exclusively from the best vineyards in the hills of Trentino. At the foot of the Dolomites, where the Chardonnay expresses best its fresh and fruity character, the Rotari Brut is fragrant, intense and elegant. From tight clusters with sweet copper-colored grapes, this Brut is characterized by a distinctive balance, crisp minerality and finesse that only can be found in the Dolomite region. Initially the nose is precise, expressive, and refreshing, with notes of jasmine, white flowers, nuts and brioche. Flavors of citrus fruits, pleasant salinity, and crisp minerality. Ideal as an aperitif; recommended with appetizers and light pastas or risotto. Enjoy!
