Chenin Blanc Brilliant clear yellow. Seductive nose with lovely fruit aromas (pear, pineapple) and delicate floral notes. Smooth on the palate with a nice refreshing finish. To be enjoyed as an aperitif or with smoked fish, Asian dishes, creamy cheese. Best served between 8°C and 10°C / 46°F and 50°F. Vegan friendly.

It is within the appellation Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil and more specifically on gravel hills, that is the "Perruches". The montils are a thick layer of siliceous clayey gravels with deep iron dirt.
