Fruit comes from two organically and sustainably farmed vineyards, one in the coastal range of Willamette Valley, the other in sub-AVA of Ribbon Ridge in the Willamette Valley. 100% Pinot Noir was direct pressed on stems in long cycles over the course of 12 hours. Tastes like strawberry watermelon fruit salad with the texture of the finest Hermes scarf.

Jolee-Rose-by-Del-Rio-Vineyards
Named after the founder of our winery and a riff on the French word for pretty, this is a delightfully sweet and effervescent rosé. Lightly sweet with natural effervescence, Rose Jolee is a co-fermented confection of Muscat, Riesling and Cabernet Franc. Cold fermented to retain the natural CO2 created by the fermentation process; this wine has a soft spritzyness, coupled with complex fruit flavors and crisp acidity. The acidity acts as a foil to the wines sweetness providing a clean, crisp finish that makes for an eminently enjoyable quaff and a fantastic partner with food.
Evening Land “Seven Springs” Rosé of Pinot Noir

Evening-Land-“Seven-Springs”-Rosé-of-Pinot-Noir
The 2019 Seven Springs Rosé of Pinot Noir comes from young vines Pinot planted up on the vineyard's East Ridge. These densely planted vines grow in well-draining soils and receive a full day of sunshine during the growing season. The gradual and even ripening that occurred during the 2019 growing season resulted in beautifully layered wines, with nuance and refinement. For the rosé, we were fortunate to realize a depth of flavor and aroma across the bright fruit and floral spectrum while still retaining mouthwatering acidity and freshness. The wine opens with a subtle whiff of reduction followed by underripe strawberries, white flowers, and dried apricots. The palate is lively and whimsical and begs for a dish like fritto misto or a salde niçoise
