Hailing from the hillside vineyards of Asti, Italy where the climate is ideal for fragrant and delicious Moscato grapes – this is one of the few wines that actually tastes like the grapes do in the vineyard. Once delivered, the grape clusters are gently pressed and the juice is clarified immediately to maintain the complex aromas. The wine is then cool fermented in stainless steel tanks to draw out its full flavor and expressive character. Cupcake Vineyards' Moscato d’Asti is a vibrant wine crafted with fine effervescence that tickles the palate, making any occasion worthy of a toast. Floral aromas and tropical fruit flavors of nectarine, peach and honey dance on the tongue and lead to a delightfully sweet finish. Enjoy with coconut pudding or a fresh fruit tart.

Fresh, light, and beautiful, the enticingly fragrant Saracco Moscato d'Asti is a delightful light sparkleing/dessert treat; excellent with fresh fruit.

An elegant palate of fresh stone fruit and succulent peach gives way to floral notes of honeysuckle and jasmine.  With bright, luscious aromas of pineapple, apricot and honey, Mia Dolcea offers creamy sweetness balanced by refreshing acidity, a delicate mouthfeel and a smooth finish.

The grapes are selected from vineyards on the Vietti estate located in Castiglione Tinella. The vineyards are planted with 4.500 plants per hectare, which are almost 40 years old with yields of 65 hl/ha. Only the best Moscato grapes with extended maturation are used for the Cascinetta. The grapes are crushed, pressed and naturally clarified. Must is stored, without sulfite, at low temperature in order to naturally prevent fermentation. Before the bottling we add yeast and temperature is increased to 12°-14° C (53-57°F).

A traditional wine-making process combined with secondary fermentation produces a sparkling white wine that reveals itself without coaxing or manipulation. The vineyards this special product is grown are located on the Beni di Boscareto estate in the village of Serralunga d'Alba. Moscato is a straw-yellow wine with golden highlights, an intense nose reminiscent of the grape, and a full, lingering, sweetly soft flavor with an aromatic aftertaste.

Moscato d’Asti might be the most misunderstood wine. Frankly, I don’t think 90% of the customers that come into the store know it exists – and it flies out of here. Elvio Tintero makes a Moscato d’Asti that has great freshness and harmony; with an emphasis on freshness. Picture yourself eating fresh fruit of the peach variety. Picture frothy bubbles dancing on the palate. Now imagine joy. I think this vintage has better balance than previous ones.

Strongly aromatic with an explosive bouquet of flowers and fruit. The palate is intense, sweet and persistent with balanced acidity. The little bubbles harmoniously match its sweetness and complete its elegance by bringing in the glass the essence and the fragrance of the grapes of origin.

This is a classic Moscato, with its richly grapey and almost minty characters and a moderate sweetness, a low alcohol which is given zing by a low level if fine bubbles and real crisp finish.?
