Orange zest, clean and fresh on the nose, this is from Italy’s Pavia but could very well run in league with any of the Moscato we love from Asti of Piedmont. Bright and fragrant with a honeycomb scented sweetness, a floral blossom, a fine textured and gently creamy mousse from the delicate bubbles and a finish as fresh and balanced as they come. One could easily sip this through brunch, enjoy it all along a picnic luncheon, and then neck it into the night –because it is refreshing and crisp, the sweetness that charms the palate stays fresh as fresh fruit.

Our Pinot Noir comes from the Pavia appellation in the province of Lombardy. The Alps to the north and the Po Basin to the south allow our Pinot Noir fruit to grow in low-lying valleys with consistent temperature and humidity, producing bright, fruit-forward wines. This beautifully balanced wine has aromas of sweet cola and blackberry and a velvety finish. While we love this wine on it’s own, we also enjoy it with pan-seared chicken, roasted duck, cedar-plank salmon and beef Carpaccio.

Hand-picked grapes undergo two hours of maceration followed by a gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled (68°F) stainless steel vats for 12 days. The wine is then bottled and released. Well-balanced with great structure and a pleasant finish. Great with Mediterranean dishes, especially fish and shellfish.

From 1995, this Franciacorta pays homage to the sculptor Aligi Sassu (1912-2000), family friend. The label shows the image of the Horses in love, a bronze sculpture, his last work, built and located on our property. The wine has his great style: intransigent, dry and obstinate.

100% Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir) from calcareous-clayey soil at 250 m (820 ft) above sea level; each vineyard is individually vinified, with partial skin maceration so as to achieve the characteristic onionskin rose color. The cuvée is put together the following spring, and the wine rests on the lees for 36 months. Tiny, persistent perlage, very elegant aromas with notes of raspberries and blackberries, outstanding structure and length.

The Red of Valtellina DOC of ARPEPE was born in 2003 in a torrid summer, hard for our vineyards and our vineyards. It was not right to develop such fatigue by selling the grapes, which were unsuitable for long-aging vinification. The choice was natural: what could have little value in the distant future can be ennobled at a young age. The Rosso di Valtellina thus matured a free and carefree character, despite his older, brilliant and refined brothers, afraid of keeping it in time.

The colour of the wine is straw yellow. The bouquet is characteristic and typical of Moscato grapes. It is fresh, soft, easy to drink.

Made from 72% Chardonnay and 28% Pinot Noir. The grapes come from the finest selection of over 100 plots within the township of Franciacorta, which are all estate owned. Over 30% of the base wine is fermented and matures for over seven months in small oak barrels. The wine has nice citrus fruit aromas and flavors with hints of sage and dried leaves.

Our Pinot Noir is fruit-forward, and slightly earthy on the palate. Its ruby-red color is complemented by a bouquet of red and black currants, which are followed by notes of vanilla. It has a dry taste and elegantly balanced structure. Pairs well with grilled salmon, roasted meats, lamb, and pizza.
