Sayuri, which means "little lily" in Japanese, is appropriately named for its soft floral notes and its iconic cherry blossom adorned pink bottle. These cues not only embody the delicateness of this sake, but reflect the gracefulness of japan. Hints of white grape and elements of cherry blossom create a lush, creamy sake. TYKU Junmai Sake is crafted from specialty Akebono sake rice that is polished so only 70% of the grain remains, a process which removes impurities and refines taste. A Junmai Ginjo sake imported from Nara, Japan. Produced at the famed Umenoyado Brewery by the world renowned Toji (Master Brewer) Hiroji Kitaba. Crafted from sake rice polished so only 55% of the grain remains, a process which removes impurities for superior taste and quality. With over 200 flavor components and higher amino acids, TYKU Junmai Ginjo Sake is the perfect alternative to white wine. It pairs well with full-flavored seafood, marinated proteins, and over-roasted dishes.

This Junmai Nigori sake is named after Hanako, or “Flower Maiden”, the most famous Japanese koi fish that lived for 226 years in the snowy, icy waters at the foot of Japan’s Mt. Ontake. Bright and fresh with a lovely ricey and fruity combination. Flavors of honeydew melon, raw pumpkin, and radish. Creamy texture and full body.

Nigori is the way sake first appeared when it was brewed for the Imperial Court in Kyoto as well as for most of its 2,000-year history. It is lightly-filtered and the sweetest of all our types of sake. It is especially delicious with very spicy foods. The bottle should be shaken each time before pouring due to the high rice content that settles in the bottom of the bottle.

"Funaguchi" is a truly fresh sake which is not subjected to either pasteurization or blending. 　 Since the draft sake is delicate, we had to solve various problems before we could commercialize it. 　 With our technology developed through the tradition and the enthusiasm for brewing, we strenuously solved each problem, and after trial and error, we were at last able to commercialize the draft sake in 1972. Funaguchi has an alcohol content of 19% which is slightly higher compared with the average sake. 　 Being rich yet light in taste, Funaguchi presents slightly different mature tastes as it deepens its maturation in a can, fresh our of the brewery, six months later, and one year later. 　 Since it was placed in the market in convenient aluminum cans, Funaguchi has been constantly popular and it now has many fans throughout Japan.

SOTO is a Japanese sake that is modern on the outside and traditional on the inside. The brand is authentically Japanese –the sake, the glass, the labelling, are all from Japan, a country renowned for its craftsmanship, epicurean traditions and sake-making heritage. It is brewed in the Niigata Prefecture, recognized by many as the true heart of sake innovation and production in Japan. SOTO Sake is created using naturally superior ingredients from Niigata: locally sourced, premium rice and pure, soft water, originating from the Niigata Mountains. Soft flavors of fresh apple and lime zest with a hint of cucumber, medium dry finish.

Hakutsuru Organic Junmai sake is the result of a sophisticated technique where the ingredients, brewing process, aging process, and bottling process are all USDA Certified Organic. Light, exhilarating, and crisp with hints of aromatic citrus and robust flavors. Enjoy chilled or slightly warm.

This is a light and comfortably dry premium Sake with the aroma of fresh cantaloupe and banana followed by medium body bringing refreshing Mandarin orange like overtones. With just the right amount of body and a comfortable dryness it enhances any dish you eat. This is a great white wine alternative that is perfect for Sake lovers and beginners alike.

Excellent for pairing with fine Japanese cuisine such as sashimi, tofu dishes, and lightly flavored sautéed poultry, beef and vegetables. Also excellent for fusion and crossover cuisine which uses such traditional Japanese flavors as yuzu citrus, konbu kelp, dashi soup stock and soy sauce.

To improve the quality, we decided to polish 5% more. Complexity and elegance of taste are surely increased by its 5% difference. In the past, it was impossible to make this improvement when our production size had been smaller, because cost of production could not be covered. Now, we make Junmai-Daiginjo sake for 35,000 koku (=6,300kl) per year, and are able to manage the increase of polishing ratio. It will be our pleasure if you enjoy Dassai 45.

Ozeki Nigori is a cloudy sake that appears milky-white. Nigori—unfiltered sake retains some of the rice sediment in the bottle. We carefully use the finest, smoothest sediment to create an amazing creamy, rich sake flavor. The texture is velvety smooth and soft, and has tropical flavor that is similar to coconut milk. Ozeki Nigori is locally brewed for freshness in California. Any Nigori sake lovers would enjoy this sake. Serve well chilled and shake before pouring.

Draft Sake gains its fresh, refined taste from being brewed and aged for 1 month in a cool state at about 41 F before bottling. Characterized by its light, fresh and smooth taste. Slightly Dry. Enjoy this Sake chilled.

Gohyakumangoku rice is polished down to 50%, and fermented very slowly at low temperatures, which enhances the natural umami of the rice, and produces a subtle aroma, and a round clean flavor. The most popular Junmai Ginjo sake amongst professionals in Japan for the past 2 decades.
