Surely one my favorite Sake brewery, amongst all the ones that I tasted lately. And with that sparkling Sake, Mr. Suzuki and Hideyoshi did it again. They succeeded to craft a really enjoyable, versatile and seamlessly good sparkling Sake.

Skilled artisanal brewmasters called toji handcrafted the finest sakamai rice into a new style of sparkling beverage. It is infused with the natural juice and zest of yuzu citrus fruit then carbonated. Banzai Bunny Yuzu has the vibrant aroma of fresh yuzu zest. It is elegantly sweet and refreshingly tart.

"IKEZO" is a jellied sake with sparkling bubbles of carbonation. It is very fruity and mildly sweet with three berry flavors-blueberry, cranberry and strawberry and contains hyaluronic acid.

This sake is made exactly the same as Hou Hou Shu, plus the infused addition of rose hips and hibiscus. This pink version, while technically the same as Hou Hou Shu, has a different complexity resembling tea-like phenolics, herbal quality, rosy red fruit and an extra drying sensation on the palate.

This sake is slightly sparkling with small fizzy bubbles that are refreshing. The Poochi-Poochi is soft, light and fruity with a nice dry and clean finish. It will go well alone or with light foods like a salad.
