The Dalton Matatia is what most would call a cult wine. Dalton is known for their exceptional wine craftsmanship that makes them competitive in the global wine market. At each stage of the wine making process, batches were graded and selected- only using the top rated of each batch- to create this gift to the kosher wine world. The Argaman variety, an original Israeli creation, is the source of this intensely colored fruit forward wine. Combined with Merlot, which brings depth and supple tannins, the result is a most enjoyable wine of true Israeli character.

Yarden Pinot Noir was produced entirely from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Golan Heights. The cool climate, rocky volcanic soil, and high altitude are ideal conditions for growing classic wine grape varieties. Aging in French oak barrels for 16 months yields an elegant, complex wine layering fruit, floral and spice characters with that of rich oak and nuances of vanilla. To preserve the quality of the wine, this bottle should be stored on its side in a cool, dark place.

The Carmel Private Shiraz is a deep purple, with medium-bodied ripe plums, blackberries, green olives, and roasted herb aromas and flavors, as well as hints of new leather on the rich finish.
