The Giuliano Rosati wines are a collaboration between Regal’s owners, Dan Bada & Charlie Trivinia, and esteemed winemakers throughout Italy. Giuliano Rosati is in remembrance of Charlie and Dan’s Italian heritage; both of their families originally hail from the Marche region. When Charlie’s father, Giuliano, made the voyage to Ellis Island he was given the name ‘Charlie’ upon his arrival and thus ‘Guiliano’ was quickly forgotten. Rosati is the maiden name of Charlie’s grandmother. Naming this family of wines ‘Giuliano Rosati’ signifies the importance of our core values to always respect the roots of our heritage and history, while remaining humble at the same time.

From one of the most legendary producers of the region and of this wildly popular grape. This Pinot Grigio has satisfyingly tangy acidity but is not a shy, demur Pinot Grigio like so many others. It has a full, rich palate of beeswax and honey augmented by quince, kimquat, and ginger. Floral and exotic with an elegant and long finish.

Its straw yellow colour with copper reflections immediately highlights the style of the wine. The nose opens on fresh notes of tropical fruit and then lingers on spicy tones. Inviting on the palate for its sapidity and harmony, with a full aftertaste. This wine goes well with first courses, risotto, prosciutto, fish soups.

Bright raspberry aromas predominate, although hints of tobacco and tar are also evident in the nose. Cara Mia Pinot Noir presents a soft, satiny texture. The finish is high-toned and pure. Delicious.

Azienda Agricola Dario Prinčič is located in the village of Oslavia, just north of the town of Gorizia, and a few steps from the border with Slovenia. Ten hectares densely planted form the property, with almost all the vineyards with a Southeast exposure. The land is very steep, the soil is clay and sandstone and everything is done by hand. The color is straw yellow, but with maturation tends to yellow load. The smell is floral, fruity, with hints of banana and peach, typical features of the vine. On the palate it looks dry, soft and velvety. Ideal with baked fish, omelets, asparagus, soups, white meats.
