Friuli, Veneto, Italy- This fine, delicate white, with hints of almond and violet along with complex fruit flavors of peach and apricot, delivers amazing fruit intensity. Bright straw yellow with shades of amber. An aroma of fruit, with delicate notes of acacia blossoms, banana and pineapple. In the mouth it is dry with excellent body, balanced with an elegant aromatic varietal finish.

The grapes, which are harvested in their full ripeness, are pressed immediately. The fermentation is carried out completely in stainless steel for about 2 weeks at a temperature of 14-16 °C. Fining and maturation on noble lees lasts until spring. Recognized for its great elegance, this Pinot Grigio is the most international of the Friulian wines, which perfectly matches with a great variety of dishes.
