The Giuliano Rosati wines are a collaboration between Regal’s owners, Dan Bada & Charlie Trivinia, and esteemed winemakers throughout Italy. Giuliano Rosati is in remembrance of Charlie and Dan’s Italian heritage; both of their families originally hail from the Marche region. When Charlie’s father, Giuliano, made the voyage to Ellis Island he was given the name ‘Charlie’ upon his arrival and thus ‘Guiliano’ was quickly forgotten. Rosati is the maiden name of Charlie’s grandmother. Naming this family of wines ‘Giuliano Rosati’ signifies the importance of our core values to always respect the roots of our heritage and history, while remaining humble at the same time.

From one of the most legendary producers of the region and of this wildly popular grape. This Pinot Grigio has satisfyingly tangy acidity but is not a shy, demur Pinot Grigio like so many others. It has a full, rich palate of beeswax and honey augmented by quince, kimquat, and ginger. Floral and exotic with an elegant and long finish.

Its straw yellow colour with copper reflections immediately highlights the style of the wine. The nose opens on fresh notes of tropical fruit and then lingers on spicy tones. Attems Sauvignon Blanc boasts a quite distinctive, very complex bouquet. In colour it appears a straw yellow, typically with greenish highlights. Its palate exhibits crisp, tangy acidity and full flavours.

Hand harvested. The whole berries are pressed gently in a pneumatic press. After a first racking, the must is transferred to temperature-controlled fermentation still vats. The grapes, which are harvested in their full ripeness, are pressed immediately. The fermentation is carried out completely in stainless steel for about 2 weeks at a temperature of 14-16 °C. Fining and maturation on noble lees lasts until spring. Recognized for its great elegance, this Pinot Grigio is the most international of the Friulian wines, which perfectly matches with a great variety of dishes.
