The dry style Riesling is the signature of Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard. With each vintage, we seek to match the appropriate level of fruit flavor with refreshing crispness that lets the true qualities of the Riesling grape shine through. Our signature Riesling is vibrant and aromatic, featuring the distinctive minerality that has become our trademark. Fragrant essence of spring blossoms sets the stage for a succulent palate of early fruit, balanced with a refreshing crispness, revealing the true qualities of the Riesling grape. A brilliant texture carries into a lingering finish, in a wine that accommodates a wide range of food.

These estate grown grapes were whole bunch pressed to ensure the cleanest and purest juice. Aromas of lime and white peach come through on this elegant wine. A soft minerality is balanced by juicy notes of pear and passionfruit.

Rich flavorful layers of dried apricots, caramel and honey with a touch of tangerine carry through to a long finish in this Vidal Blanc Iced Wine. Its luscious sweetness is balanced by a lively crispness on the palate. The grapes for this unique wine were picked, then artificially frozen. They were then pressed while frozen yielding a small amount of juice at 35% sugar. The juice was then slowly fermented at a cool temperature to retain the full complexity of flavors.

This Bordeaux-style blend exhibits ripe blackberry and raspberry aromas that elegantly mingle with oak flavors. Full body and silky tannins beautifully complement a long, pleasing finish.

A single vineyard Cabernet Franc grown in Heron Hill's owner, John Ingle's vineyard on Canandaigua Lake. The Ingle Vineyard Cabernet Franc is aged 18 months in European & American oak barrels resulting in a wine that exhibits flavors of black raspberry and currant with an underlying floral bouquet reminiscent of violets. This wine has a structured complexity and a distinctive, elegant finish.

Stone fruit aromas such as apricot and white peach lead in to this vibrant, mouth-watering Riesling. This versatile wine is ripe and beautifully balanced. The finish lingers with fresh minerality and notes of orange zest.

Refreshing, Effervescent, Aromatic. The bubbles in our Bubbly Riesling is created by using a force carbonation system. Once fermentation is completed, the wine is filtered and put into a specialized tank that can hold pressure, which is needed for the addition of CO2. CO2 is added via a special carbonation “stone,” which diffuses the CO2 into very tiny bubbles. This process takes about 3 days. The wine is then bottled with a special filler that retains the CO2, then is labeled.

Light-bodied with good structure. Single-vineyard, estate Pinot Noir grown on the west side of Canandaigua Lake. Fruit forward notes of raspberry and cherry. A delicate wine accented with a touch of spice, vanilla and granite minerality. The finish has a balanced acidity and soft tannins.

A barrel fermented single vineyard Chardonnay with fresh citrus and tropical fruit aromas accented by a subtle oak finish, creating a lush and well balanced wine.
