The Domaine Millet rosé wine is made predominantly from the obscure Egiodola grape (which was new even to Jancis Robinson!) and 20% Cabernet Franc. It has lovely crushed berry scents and flavours and a bright, fruity palate, making it every bit as commendable as its white Ugni Blanc / Colombard sibling.

A typical varietal originating from the South-West, particularly fond of clay-limestone soils, Gros-Manseng gives us dense, bold wines that allow aging to sublimate it. Tasting: Complex and intense, we discover aromas of white and exotic fruits that bring freshness and liveliness followed by a finer finish with hints of dried fruits.

Dry white wine, clear with pale yellow highlights. - Intense nose with lots of freshness that is complex and refined. Dominated by floral notes and fruits like acacia and white peach. - In the mouth the attack is full, complex and invigorating with a citrus finish.

This vintage has a beautiful pinkish colour, an intense, aromatic expression on the nose, with a bouquet of red fruits, strawberries and a floral touch. On the palate, it shows remar kable balance between the freshness and the aromatic splendour. Thanks to its freshness, this is the perfect wine for drinking as an aperitif. It will marvelously complement summer meals, barbecues, fruit salads, and desserts.

This is a bright, lively blend of Ugni Blanc and Colombard. It has tangy acidity and a refreshing lemon-peel texture. With its herbal green-fruit character and refreshing aftertaste it is ready to drink now.
