60% Pinot Nior, 40% Trepat Beautiful scents of raspberry and cherry on the nose with fresh, clean strawberry and cherry flavors in the mouth and a consistent bead. The finish is clean and crisp and invites another sip. Cristalino Brut Rose Cava is an excellent match for fried appetizers such as calamari or light desserts such as creme brulee. It is also excellent on its own or with fresh fruit. Did you get a bottle with a gold label rather than this white label? No worries, it's still the same great Cava. Cristalino is undergoing a label change and released some bottles with the original packaging and some with the white label packaging.

"Straw-colored yellow with green tones. Fine, persistent bubbles. Bright appearance. Accentuated aroma of fresh grapes, with signs of ripe fruit and of citric fruits, very pleasant and characteristic of aging in the bottle. Sparkling Wine

The Anna de Codorniu Cava Brut begins with pale straw yellow color in the glass, clean and brilliant. Fine bubbles with continuous beads and a persistent mousse. On the nose, it displays delicate aromas of tropical fruit such as pineapple as well as citrus, grapefruit and lime. On the palate it is soft with elegant citrus notes. Well balanced and refreshing. Made only in exceptional vintages, this Gran Reserva Cava is a special blend of equal parts Macabeo, Xarel.lo, Parellada and Chardonnay, all sourced from estate vineyards at higher elevations. The culmination of this blend, along with extended aging on the lees, creates an unforgettably layered sparkling wine. This wine is as pleasing to the eye as it is to the palate: Brilliant gold in color, with lively aromas of white flowers, green apple, ripe tropical fruit, lightly toasted bread and orange-blossom honey. Gran Juvé Gran Reserva Brut is a wine of great structure with a persistent, lingering finish.
