Tasting Notes of Segura Viudas Rosé: Bright, light strawberry pink, with hints of salmon and a pale rim. A fine, abundant and consistent mousse, rising to a good crown. Pale yellow colour. Constant and small bubble. Foam of great persistence. Very fruity aromas, especially of white fruit (acid apple and pear) on shades of peel of citrics and white flowers. In the background, some spicy notes owed to ageing (cinnamon) and cookies. It is a well-structured "cava" in the mouth. Well picked up over its acidity that tenses it overall from beginning to end. The bubble lends a creamy feeling, and it gives volume and softness to the structure that returns acidity and widens the aromas of white fruits and spices that are repeated in the mouth. Its balanced end harmonizes its acidity, and leaves a memory of freshness and volume owing to its light sugar content

"Straw-colored yellow with green tones. Fine, persistent bubbles. Bright appearance. Accentuated aroma of fresh grapes, with signs of ripe fruit and of citric fruits, very pleasant and characteristic of aging in the bottle. In the mouth it is extremely vivacious, compensated for by a pleasant equilibrium and elegance. Aftertaste is fruity, evoking the apple, pear and a hint of citric. Balanced, fruity and persistent."

60% Pinot Nior, 40% Trepat Beautiful scents of raspberry and cherry on the nose with fresh, clean strawberry and cherry flavors in the mouth and a consistent bead. The finish is clean and crisp and invites another sip. Cristalino Brut Rose Cava is an excellent match for fried appetizers such as calamari or light desserts such as creme brulee. It is also excellent on its own or with fresh fruit. Did you get a bottle with a gold label rather than this white label? No worries, it's still the same great Cava. Cristalino is undergoing a label change and released some bottles with the original packaging and some with the white label packaging.

Sparkling Wine

Brut Rosé Juvé y Camps is produced from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Feixa 1 vineyard at the Espiells estate. The free run juice is allowed a brief maceration on the skins. The wine is of a pretty, deep pink color. On the nose there are both floral and berry fruit notes in perfect harmony. Long bottle aging – 3 years -has brought balance, length and weight while retaining freshness and vivacity.
