Coming from the high-elevation vineyards of Armenia, in an extreme climate of volcanic soils, this Areni-based blend also has 20% Syrah and 10% Sireni. There's a delicate balance earth and fruit. Crunchy red and black fruits are lightened with a slight stone fruit character, giving way to earth-driven flavors. On the palate, the wine is velvety and soft, with silky tannins. The concentrated black cherry and currant lingers, along with finishing touch of spice.
