These regions are ideal for cultivating vines in Italy due to the optimal growing climate that stretches from the cold of the Alps to the breeze of the Adriatic Sea, allowing the vines to reach the perfect ripeness for the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes found in Cupcake Sparkling Rosé. The grapes for this refreshing sparkler are softly pressed and undergo a cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks, leading to delightful flavors of fresh raspberry, wild strawberry and mandarin orange with subtle floral notes. Martini & Rossi Sparkling Rose is a fully sparkling wine crafted from premium Moscato Bianco, Brachetto and Malvasia grapes grown in Northern Italy. Light, crisp and aromatic with hints of citrus, elderflower and soft peach.

Korbel Sweet Rosé is made from a complex selection of both red and white grape varietals. The blend is especially designed to have very bright fruit flavors and aromas of raspberry and vanilla.

This nearly garnet Rose, like all our non-vintage sparkling wines, is aged 24 months en tirage. It has a lovely, bright floral bouquet with hints of strawberry, raspberry, and cherry. On the palate, it is rich and fruity in a dry, Brut style. The flavor of berries continues on the palate, revealing more strawberry, raspberry, cherry. This sparkler is lots of fun and very festive, but production is limited to 5000 cases per year, so don’t miss out!

Youthful fruit aromas of strawberry, redcurrant and grenadine. Refreshing on the palate, full of cherry fruit and a light acidity. A soft finish on the back of the palate gives a lovely approachable balance to this very drinkable Cava. The Rosé is perfect with most appetizers. It is ideal with fish like salmon or grilled tuna where it compliments both in color and flavor. For the cheese course try it with creamy cheeses such as Brie.

Somewhat sweet, this pink champagne offers lots of fruit and a very easy almost sweet-tooth behavior; chill well for proper service. Pair with spicy fare or mild cheeses.
