Orgo-Kakheti-Saperavi
Orgo Saperavi is from a small artisan winery in Kakheti producing natural and unfiltered wines fermented and aged in Qvevri (large clay jars buried underground.) Orgo sources all grapes from older vines (in 2014 approx 50 Years) with low 1.5 kg yield per vine tree. The 2014 Orgo Saperavi (sah-pear-ah-vee) is a food driven red that despite it's young age is drinking fantastically. The 2014 Saperavi in general is softer compared to the raw power exhibited in the 2013 vintage. This is Saperavi in one of its best incarnations. Approx. 5,000 bottles produced. Grapes: 100% Saperavi Fermentation: Qvevri Aging: Qvevri and stabilization in stainless steel Yeast: Wild/Airborne Sulfites: Low Unfiltered Natural Wine A food driven red with notes of sour cherry, pomegranate, black currant, chocolate and spice with good viscosity, body and warm integrated tannin.

Vinobiza-Mukuzani-Premium
This is the king of dry red wine. And the king deserves to be respected. Put your phone down for a little while to give this bottle, and yourself, the attention you both desire. This wine, with its long finish, is like a 60-minute deep-tissue massage in a glass. Rare and essential. Mukuzani is one of the twenty appellations of origin registered in Georgia. Take a sip of Mukuzani Premium from your glass and indulge, because you’ve earned it. Aged in oak barrels, at first taste, this full-bodied wine is off-dry, and ends with harmonious black plum, black pepper, blackberry with oak aromas such as wood and sweet spices. Its medium tannic structure has an undying finish of mineral tones and acidity.

Vinobiza-Saperavi-Premium
Saperavi Premium is like Saperavi’s older brother. More refined, tannic, and most likely studied abroad. The bottle of exploration. The aromas and flavors transform and deepen with each sip. A thought-provoking wine, Saperavi Premium grapes are green harvested in early summer. This means the small, unripe grapes are removed by hand, allowing the vine to put all its energy into the juicy remaining grapes resulting in an adventure for the palette. This wine has a long finish and is aged in French oak barrels for four to six months.

This tastes like the kind of wine that could turn boys into men. We like to think of this bottle as the IPA of wines. It pairs best with your favorite greasy burger or BBQ feast. Don’t forget to show off your inevitable purple Saperavi tongue after sharing a glass with your pals on game day. This wine has a strongly expressed taste. The fresh and bright acidity perfectly combines with a high minerality and lively tannins. Go ahead, impress them with your knowledge of the ripe cherry, blackberry, and black plum aromas with a medium finish…or don’t.

You just had the most Monday of all Monday’s. If you didn’t make it to your yogalates class or forgot to pick up your dry cleaning for the third Monday in a row…you know what you need. A nice sip or three of Kindzmarauli. In fact, it could be any day of the week and a glass of this stuff will help cure whatever hardship it may be that you had to face today. This bottle is the bottle for the everyday qualms. Plus, no sugar is added at all, all that sweetness is au natural. Bonus score! Kindzmarauli has a dark ruby color with a hint of purple. Its velvety composition and medium bouquet of cherries and blackberries are well-expressed. The smooth tannic structure has a pleasant finish.
