This continues onto an electric palate, lifted by a rich fruit-sweetness, and sparked to life with a crispy acidity. A pleasure to drink at any time of the day.

Maceration at low temperatures for 6 hours gives this wine an elegant bouquet and long persistence thanks to its intense minerality. Hints of banana, acacia, and whitethorn.

The wine is pale yellow with light green reflections. To the nose it presents an aromatic pallet beginning with a distinctive note of pear which evolves into banana and exotic fruits. Then a final bouquet of white flowers mainly jasmine and lily emerges. In the mouth an initial taste of almond gives way to the floral nature of this wine. The aroma of white flowers settles around the palate leaving a feeling of freshness and a taste of lime with notes of wild flowers.

Straw-yellow in color with aromas of pear, pineapple, acacia, toasted nut, honey and spice. On the palate, this wine has excellent acidity, yet fine smoothness, with a hint of toasted almond in the finish.

Fiano Di Avellino by Pietracupa has a sparkling straw yellow appearance with green highlights. In contrast to the Greco, the Fiano offers a more robust and expansive nose with refined fragrances of jasmine, golden delicious apples, candied violets and a strong mineral expression. In the mouth, a substantial and aristocratic palate with marked acidity; a fragrant and flavourful white wine, with aromas ranging from citrus to mango through fascinating nuances of honey and of citrus that echoes throughout the fine, long and slightly almond finish.

Fiano is thought to be a grape indigenous to Campania. Known for its low yield and intense aromatics, Fiano is also thought to be the grape used for Rome's famous Apianum wine. After gentle pressing, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a low, controlled temperature. The wine then spends 8 months in tanks before bottling. An elegant bouquet with very clean flavors on the palate that are reminiscent of white flowers and pear. Elegant with lots of mineral notes.
