We’re extremely excited to launch Brimoncourt Champagne at Vintage Cellars. Based in Ay, the historic centre of the Champagne region, Brimoncourt produce their wines in the oldest Champagne label-printing factory in France. Their informal, offbeat approach has resulted in a clean and refreshing Chardonnay-driven style with refined bubbles and a superb long finish. The Brimoncourt Extra-Brut cuvee is the result of a rigorous selection of the best grapes sourced from 6 Grand Cru villages. After 4 years aging in the cellar, this low dosage wine (2g) is the purest expression of the Maison Brimoncourt’s know-how. A fine and intense nose with notes of citrus and white fruits. The palate is forthright, frank and full. The aromas of citric fruits are in perfect harmony with the minerality of the wine and they go on in a splendid lingering finish.

The first freshness in the mouth is tempered by the fruit of Pinot Noir structuring the wine. Perfectly balanced champagne, without the heaviness or excessive sweetness. Soft notes lit up with fine and silky bubbles. Made with 80% Chardonnay & 20% Pint Noir.
