We’re extremely excited to launch Brimoncourt Champagne at Vintage Cellars. Based in Ay, the historic centre of the Champagne region, Brimoncourt produce their wines in the oldest Champagne label-printing factory in France. Their informal, offbeat approach has resulted in a clean and refreshing Chardonnay-driven style with refined bubbles and a superb long finish. Selected stores only. A subtle and delicate nose of white flowers (acacia). Beautiful freshness and great fineness. The open and flexible attack on the palate blooms with sightly toasted aromas of white peach. The first freshness in the mouth is tempered by the fruit of Pinot Noir structuring the wine. Perfectly balanced champagne, without the heaviness or excessive sweetness. Soft notes lit up with fine and silky bubbles. Made with 80% Chardonnay & 20% Pint Noir.
