Owney’s White Rum Rosemary

Established in 2011 by Bridget C. Firtle, The Noble Experiment NYC produces all natural, premium quality spirits distilled from locally grown and harvested ingredients. Their first release, Owney's Original, is a white rum handcrafted in Brooklyn from molasses derived from domestic sugar cane. Owney’s Rosemary Rum is made by infusing Owney’s Rum with rosemary, which is grown in Master Distiller Bridget Firtle’s own garden. This rum was infused for two to three weeks without the addition of sugar before being bottled by hand. Only 400 bottles of this Limited Edition rum have ever been made. This rosemary rum is intensely flavorful, with touches of lavender, caramelized bananas and of course rosemary on the palate, - enjoy on its own, substitute in a Daiquiri or make a rosemary smash.
