Nankai Shochu

Available exclusively from Amami Oshima Island, Nankai Shochu is a premium Japanese spirit vacuum-distilled from sugar cane and rice, also known as a "kokuto shochu." Our distillery handcrafts Nankai Shochu using modern vacuum-distillation techniques, making it exceptionally smooth on the rocks and great for food pairing. It's also extremely versatile as a base spirit for cocktails, and it makes a great Moscow Mule or Soda Highball.
