Aroma - Lavender & Lemon Taste - Lavender, Ginger, Juniper, American Oak, Vanilla Aging - 10-12 months in White American Oak Barrels Alcohol - 90 proof, 45% ABV DRINK SUGGESTIONS NEW FASHION 2 oz. Barrel Aged Gin 2 oz. Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice 3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth Stir barrel aged gin, sweet vermouth, and fresh squeezed orange juice with ice until chilled, then strain into a fresh glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange peel. BARREL AGED NEGRONI 1 oz. Barrel Aged Gin 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth 1 oz. Ibisco or Apertif Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass until well chilled, for at least 10 seconds. Strain into a cold ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
