High West is Utah’s first distillery, born in 1879. High West Bourye Whiskey is a 92-proof, unique and premium blend of rich bourbon and rye whiskeys, making for a premier sipping whiskey. All whiskeys in this carefully crafted blend are a minimum of 10 years old and sourced from multiple distilleries. The flavor tastes of sweet honey nougat, rich caramel, dark ginger cake, mulling spices, and dried cherries with a long and rich finish.
