Spanish grape juice and local wildflower honey make this mead exemplary! Ruby red in color with textures of velvet on the palette make this a very relaxing mead. Tasting notes and aromas of leather, vanilla, cherry, tobacco and pepper with honey in the foreground. This is Meadmaker Ash’s favorite red wine, combining the best of both worlds. In the mead world, honey-wine with grape juice is called a Pyment.

Flag-Hill-Straight-Rye-Whiskey
Made in the spirit of the forgotten about style of Monongahela Rye, everything you would want to know about the whiskey is right on the package, made from 85% Flag Hill grown rye and 15% malted barley. It is aged in small batches of 4 – 53 gallon barrels. This allows every batch to maintain a level of consistency but still be exciting release to release. Always made by us, never sourced and never compromising quality. This whiskey is pure butterscotch on the nose. A small sip reveals soft, buttery, honey notes, a little bit of weight and a sweet drying finish. Made with Flag Hill grown rye and a whole lot of attention.
Tamworth Black Trumpet Blueberry Cordial

Tamworth-Black-Trumpet-Blueberry-Cordial
Here in New Hampshire, black trumpet mushrooms and wild blueberries are harvested at the same time, so we used both to create our latest cordial concoction. A unique blend of the season’s best sweet and savory flavors, our Black Trumpet Blueberry Cordial is made with hand-picked blueberries from the forest near our distillery, and foraged black trumpet mushrooms from our neighbors at New Hampshire Mushroom Company. Mushrooms are an unexpected choice — this is the only spirit we know of that uses them — but the rich, fruity, smoky flavor of the black trumpet provides a perfect counterbalance to the sweet, tart blueberries. Lavender and lemon verbena straight from our garden add light herbal notes and reinforce the fresh flavors, creating a rare cordial that brings to mind a prize-winning blueberry pie.

Tamworth-Garden-White-Mountain-Gin
After experimenting with a variety of herbs and botanicals in our seasonal Tamworth Garden Gins, we wanted to create a versatile, everyday gin using the best elements of each. Tamworth Garden White Mountain Gin combines traditional gin botanicals with a blend of Centennial, Citra, and Amarillo hops for notes of citrus and pine, resulting in a bright, fresh flavor. This gin pairs well with everything from a basic gin & tonic to more complex cocktails, while remaining smooth and interesting enough to sip on its own. Tamworth Garden White Mountain Gin is a true New Hampshire staple. That Carrot Cocktail
Tamworth Wild Hops Gin

Tamworth-Wild-Hops-Gin
Hops have long been the darling of the beer world, and it is from the dry-hopping process in particular we drew the inspiration for our Wild Hop Gin. Cold distilling, like dry-hopping, emphasizes the floral attributes of fresh hops, rather than the bitterness that is brought out by boiling. We selected five varieties (Citra, Amarillo, Centennial, and Columbus, along with a NH heirloom vine we hand harvested locally) to infuse and distill using our rotovap process, then added structure to the gin with coriander, angelica, lemon, and ginger. Like a classic New England IPA, this gin showcases the aromatic qualities of hops, with fruity and tropical notes fortified with piney juniper and floral, spicy coriander. Sip straight for a crisp, dry flavor, or taste the botanicals brought to life in a gin & tonic.
