Gin meets Shiraz grapes in the best possible way. Cool climate Yarra Valley Shiraz grapes steeped in our award winning Rare Dry Gin for 8 weeks with no added sugar. The resulting gin is an incredibly vibrant ruby color, which turns iridescent pink when mixed with soda. Aromatically it has fresh pine needles, incredible spice, and a peppery, dense raspberry character. The palate is lovely and sweet, with long juniper and spice characters on the finish. Enjoy with lemon tonic (or bitter lemon soda), club soda, or a spritz variation. Also, just try it on the rocks with an orange slice, delicious! Four Pillars distillery was named "International Gin Producer of the Year" - 2019 and 2020 (IWSC). Considered the Oscars of the wine and spirits industry.

Olive Branch is the brand new savory gin from Australia's Four Pillars Distillery. It’s bright and perfect for a Martini or Gin & Tonic garnished with rosemary and lemon. Three types of cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil and olive leaf tea from the world-class groves of Victoria's Cobram Estate were used to craft this luxuriously textural gin. Botanicals like rosemary and bay leaf transport you to the Mediterranean (even though they're from founder Cam’s own garden), while native macadamia nuts and lemon myrtle make the gin distinctly modern and Australian. The genesis of this gin goes back to 2015 when Four Pillars distilled a small run called Cousin Vera’s Gin. Made with their friends at Santamanía Destileria Urbana in Madrid, this was the first gin in the Distiller Series. It was also their first foray into savory, Mediterranean-inspired gin flavors using fresh olives and rosemary. Cousin Vera’s Gin came and went pretty quickly, but remains a cult classic in the Four Pillars canon. After that collaboration, a trip to the olive groves of northern Victoria confirmed how beautifully gin and olives combine. It was after visiting Cobram Estate in Boundary Bend during olive harvest that they realized olive oil could be a brilliant botanical alongside dried olive leaves. The aroma, flavor, and texture of fresh olive is stunning, so they did an entire year of trials before finalizing the recipe. The result is a completely delicious, savory, and bright one-of-a-kind gin. Already a gold medal winner at the San Francisco Spirits Competition. Four Pillars distillery was named "International Gin Producer of the Year" - 2019 and 2020 (IWSC). Considered the Oscars of the wine and spirits industry.

This Navy Strength Gin is one of the best in the business. This Navy Strength has added fresh finger native limes, fresh ginger to the original Rare Dry Gin recipe. Bringing bright citrus and delicious spice to the gin. Throwing in turmeric then added an earthy quality and weight to the palate. The resulting gin, bottled at a mighty 58.8% ABV, is intense but still very pure, clean and balanced. It works perfectly in a simple G & T, or a classic gimlet, a spicy ginger mule or sour. A bartenders dream. Additional accolades - Navy Strength Gin has now been awarded Master status at the Global Gin Masters FIVE times (2015 to 2019). Must have gin. Four Pillars distillery was named "International Gin Producer of the Year" - 2019 and 2020 (IWSC). Considered the Oscars of the wine and spirits industry.

Here's a savory gin to put your Dirty Martinis on steroids. An earthy, peppery aroma tickles the nose, with a fleeting briny note that edges into pickle territory. The silky palate has a distinctly savory, mushroomy quality underpinned by juniper and lemon; it almost drinks like bone broth, then refreshes with a faint lavender exhale. Distilled from grapes.
