Matured in new oak and distilled from rice, chosen as one of four casks that represent this whiskey. On the palate, there are notes of orange peel, muscat and sour cherries which are complimented by oak tannins that leave one in anticipation of every new sip.
Single barrel selection, distilled from both malted and unmalted rice, aged for ten years in brandy puncheons. On the nose, there are complex aromas of citrus oil, mint and white rose. The palate is round and soft with notes of exotic spice and marmalade.
Massive, creamy, creme brûlée and butterscotch. The weight of the whisky covers the palate with a silky texture that is unique onto its own. The finish is vanilla with umami and lasts for a long, long time.
Distilled from rice and aged in sherry butts. Massive sherry nose of dried fruits, pipe tobacco, spice box, oolong tea and caramelized sugar. On the palate, it is deep, rich and textured.
