Fat Bastard Merlot is a deep dark blood-red color with a semi-opaque core going out into a fine crimson-red rim definition and medium-high viscosity. The wine exudes classical elements of merlot from France with concentrated, soft extract of black and red berries, dominated by brambleberry, raspberry sorbet, creamy blueberry -- just pure fruits of the forest with no discernable oak influences. On the palate: It is soft and rounded with slightly spicy berry fruit, sloe fruit juice, elderberry, mulberry and hints of minerals. The midpalate is firm and softly tannic going into a good, balanced finish that displays yet more black fruit and herbs de Provence. It is an excellent medium-bodied wine. Region: Vin de Pays d'Oc, Southern France

Château Haut Biraud has a beautiful ruby color. Bouquet is alluring, and reveals red fruits aromas, like morello cherry. Cabernet brings a long finish and perfectly fits the fruity Merlot flavors once the blending is complete. Château Haut Biraud is a very natural, pure, organic wine that makes a lovely food and wine pairing. For instance, white meat, poultry in sauce with mushrooms, or grilled beef will match perfectly with our Château Haut Biraud.

Ronan By Clinet 2012 presents a brilliant ruby appearance. Its nose is aromatic with hints of cherry, raspberry and blackcurrant, enlivened with sweet pepper. The fruity freshness of the bouquet is equally complemented by floral hints (blueberry flowers). Its attack, delicately wrapped, reveals a sweet fruity evolution. On the palate, flavours of raspberry, fresh cherry and redcurrant develop, complemented with fine spices. Its finish is persistent and flavoursome.

Frédéric Palacios is a passionate and whole winegrower. Like his wines, he is also a character who leaves no one indifferent. Today it expresses the quintessence of its so particular terroir of Malepère. The wines of Mas de mon Père are deep, sincere and generous. M as I am! 2016: blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. A powerful, broad and fleshy wine to accompany pretty winter dishes. The guard is interesting.

The idea that we have wine is that it must express its terroir, its grape variety and the identity of the winemaker. This is all the more true for an AOC, it's all the charm of wine whatever it is. This is why winemaking must remain simple, if quality is gained in the vineyard, work in the cellar must preserve the living with healthy practices for wine. Since 2012 the charter of organic winemaking confirms our work from the vineyard to the winery. We can talk about organic wine, a guarantee on winemaking practices for the consumer. The beautiful terroirs of Cognettes, we offer a beautiful range of Muscadet Sèvre and Maine, surprising wines with long breeding such as temptation of granite and gabbro, Clisson, a white wine in white, wines vinified and aged in Amphora, buddy wines in white, rosé, red and sparkling wines produced on our estate. Pure Merlot on granite terroir, 2 weeks of maceration on destemmed grapes and in whole bunches, indigenous yeasts, low dose of so2 inf. at 3gr / l, tank culture only. Fruity and crunchy red Color : Red Cepage: Merlot Harvest: manual Ground : granite

Excellent ripeness comes through with red current and liquorice on the nose. Dark plum and espresso notes round out the palate, with chocolate covered cherries and a touch of cedar pushing up on the finish. The structure is nicely linear and a backbone of tannin keeps the fruit notes in line.
