Across the centuries, from rural France to West Hollywood, lyrical poets have encouraged their listeners to discuss and question the world around them. Through their poignant and sometimes controversial compositions they provoke conversation and spark invention. Modern poets such as Bob Dylan, Willie Nelson, and many others have continued this long held tradition of storytelling. Through collaboration and discussion we gladly present Troubadour, a French Saison consisting of barley and wheat, fermented with saison yeast and Brettanomyces bruxellensis var. drie for 4 months in Hungarian oak Chardonnay barrels and refermented in the bottle for an additional 4 months. Enjoy. Share. Discuss. Continue the tradition.
