An American pale ale brewed with lactose (milk sugar) along with a generous amount of Pilsner malt, and both white and flaked wheat to create a soft and pillow-y mouthfeel, along with a cracker-like backbone. Huell Melon, experimental hop HBC-472 and of course Sabro crank out a bouquet of tropical fruit amidst a tidal wave of coconut goodness bursting from the unique HBC-472 and Sabro hops.
