We set out to make a Double IPA that didn't feel too weighed down by its malty characteristics, one that exploded with flavor without the heavy body often associated with the style. The result is Gamma Ray, a surprisingly drinkable hop bomb bursting with tropical citrus and floral notes, but light enough in body to come back to for another round.
